TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The Hotel reserves the right to adjust the rate agreed within the contract period in the
event of tax alterations by Government and Service Charge amendments.
2. CHILDREN POLICY:
No additional room charge for children under 10 years old sharing the room with parents,
without extra bed.
3. RATES RESTRICTIONS:
Room rates are applicable to your company account. All rates given are at the discretion
of the Hotel and are received at the Hotel's decision.
4. RESERVATIONS:
All reservation requests shall be directed to each hotel unit.
5. RESERVATION POLICY
a. All reservations made by the companies, with terms of payment either by personal or
company account is confirmed in writing with duly authorized signatures on a formal
Guarantee Letter or Booking Letter under your Company Letter Head.
b. Guarantee Letter (GL) : Payment made by company with the credit facility's
approval.
c. Booking Letter (BL) : Payment made by your guest upon departure.
d. A Guarantee/Booking Letter from your company should be received by the Hotel prior
to the guests'arrival.
e" Should the Hotel NOT receive the Guarantee/Booking Letler upon the guest check-in;
the Hotel shall APPLY WALK IN RATE to the guest(s) and should be settled by the
guest upon check-out.
f. Your guests will only enjoy your services/rates on the DATE of Guarantee / Booking
Letter received by the Hotel.
g. Reservations made by the comoanies who do not have Credit Facilities with
the Hotelcan only be accepted upon receive of pre-payment for a minimum of 1 (one)
night's stay, with the total balance payable before the guests'check-out.
h. During the low season, the Hotel will hold your room until 17.00 hours local Tme on
the date of arrival. Special terms and conditions applied during the high/peak
seasons.

i. Guests who do not arrive by this time may find their reservation cancelled
automatically without prior notice, unless guaranteed by your company or credit card
or advance cash deposit.
j. Group reservations are available upon request.
k. Final group room list, including daily meal requirements, arrival and depafture times
should be received by the Hotel 7 (seven) days prior to arrival.

6. CANCELLATIONS or "NO SHOW" POLICY

The charge will be applied on guaranteed room, food & beverage or other inquiry (if any)
as stated on Guarantee / Booking Letter signed by the authorized person.
a. No Cancellation Fee:
If the cancellation is made 14 days (Group) prior to the guests'arrival.
b. 50o/o charges of the pfice of 1 (one) night:
If the cancellation is made within 7 days (Group) prior to the guests'arrival.
c. 1o0o/o charge of the price of 1 (one) night:

If the cancellation is made on the same day (72 Hours) (Group) of the guests'arrival.
d. "No show" will be charged one night's room charges on each room blocked, food
beverages Or other inquiry as stated on Guarantee / Booking Letter and all deposits
are Non-Refundable.

7. CHECK.IN AND CHECK.OUT:

1. Early Check-in time 11.00 a.m. Late Check-out time 12,00 p.m,
2. Late check-out is subject to room availability and will be charged as follows:
a. Check-out until 6 p.m. - 50o/o of contract rate.
b. Check-out after 6 p.m. - 100% of contract rate.

8. CREDIT FACILITY:
Application form is available for guests who wish to establish credit facilities with the
Hotel.

9. BILLING ARRANGEMENT:
1. Reservations for guests who do not have credit facilities with the Hotel can only be
accepted upon receive of pre-payment for a minimum of one night's stay.
2. Payment must be settled in full upon check-out. Payment must be made in cash or by
bank draft unless guests have a written credit arrangement with the Hotel.
3. Should a credit application be completed and accepted, payment shall be settled in
full within 30 days after receive of invoice.
4. Should payment not be received within 15 days, The Hotel reserves the right to add a
penalty fee of 5% of the invoice for each 30 days of late payment.

10. All payments should be settled in Rupiah.

11. Contract Fee

As per Our Discussion, Room Rate Include Commision IDR 15.000lrooms

This contract supersedes any previous contrac rates. This contract is valid upon accepted of
the above terms and conditions.
In order for us to include your company in our listing for preferential rates, please notify your
acceptance of all terms and conditions of this agreement by signing the duplicated of it on all
pages and by mailing it duly stamped to us.
