Leading the growth alliance in HelloFresh, growth alliance is a group of multiple tribes (total 90+ people) working
together to build best-in-class customer-facing digital products.

Directly managing multiple directors of engineering, engineering managers, TPM, and staff engineers.

Scaled my engineering organization from 25+ people to 90+ people in 14 months and delivered several high-impact
projects which lead to a 30% YoY increase in conversions.

Reduced lead time to commit metric [LTTC] by 40% for my engineering organization.

website and mobile app. Agoda.com is reported to be the only Asia-based online travel company to hold a spot within the
top six, according to data from industry observers. Agoda Company Pte Ltd is part of Booking Holdings group (NASDAQ:
BKNG).

I was leading multiple scrum teams (30+ developers & QA's) which were responsible for the development and
maintenance of various tools required for partner marketing and affiliate line of businesses.

I designed, developed, and launched several new products which had resulted in a 200% year-on-year increase in
partner marketing revenue.

I took several initiatives to improve development culture across the teams - Introduced DotNet Core, achieved 100%
deployment automation, brought test coverage from 35% to 80% across all products, and moved all the applications
from server-side rendering to client-side rendering [SPA].

Successfully lead the initiative of rewriting the legacy application and breaking big monolithic systems into multiple
microservices, which resulted in significant improvements to the development process and application performance.

Makemytrip Inc(NASDAQ: MMYT) is an Indian online travel company, founded in 2000. The company has been
recognized as one of India's best travel portals and has more than 40% share in the Indian travel market.

Worked as a technology lead for the hotel's team and managed a team of 10 developers.

Developed Meet and Beat system (complex pricing API) for Hotels team, this system enabled the business to
dynamically adjust prices based on competitor's prices which in turn resulted in a 15% increase in per day bookings.

Developed responsive/adaptive web application for Hotel booking from scratch, was involved in the development of
both backend and frontend systems.

Developed a new hotel booking engine from scratch and scaled this system to serve 2 million unique visitors a day.

Also delivered several high-impact projects related to performance tuning and scaling. Successfully reduced search
page response time by lazy loading different components and implementing multi-layer intelligent caching engine,
was able to achieve 40% improvement in response time (90th Percentile).

FinnOne Neo [Loan Management System]

Worked as a senior developer and analyst in a team of eight to develop modules for the proprietary loan
management system FinnOne Neo.

Worked as a full stack developer and handled the responsibilities for developing the front-end, back-end, and
database schema for the assigned modules.

Handled the complete ownership of developing more than 15 individual modules from scratch, which included
requirement gathering, analysis, development, enhancements, bug fixing, and client demos.

Project / Client: Canadian Pacific Railways [Railways Management Systems ]

Worked on the development of track management applications.

Developed tools for simulating the tracks - this enabled offshore teams to test their changes before deploying them
to production.

Worked with an onsite team based in Canada to coordinate the deployment and UAT process.
