2. Delivers the invitation letters and/or request letters to concerned individuals (i.e., Ms. Christine Jane Ablay

1. Initiates the search for sponsorships.

3. Documents the sponsored cash, goods, items, products, and goodwill.

others) and other important whereabouts of the desired guests, stakeholders, and Co-Chair:

The following are main duties in relation to Documentations:


5. Compile all the non-financial documents at the commencement of the operations of
Founding Anniversary. Non-financial documents include correspondences, scoring
sheets/rubrics, tally boards/sheets, attendance sheets, used and unused tarpaulins,
and others.

The following are duties expected when spending the funds:

2. Collaborates with concerned special committees specially those needing programs and Campus Journalism/SCENE
tarpaulins.
3. Prepares and distributes the Programs and Tarpaulins to concerned committees.
