Possessive Pronouns Has and Have


Words that tell ownership are possessive pronouns.

Using Has

Has is used if there is only one owner.

Examples
Lisa has a new doll. Roy has a new bag.

The boy has a dog She has a pink shoes

Using Have

Have is used if there are two or more owners.

Examples

Chona and Ada Have new sets of crayons. The boys have toy cars.

They have crowns The Chickens have eggs.
