GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Know All Men by These Presents That I Yasir S/O Abdul Rahim (as per passport) R/O
H.Makkah Saudu Arabia holding NIC No: 904030134816-3 passport No: KD-670208
(hereinafter called the Executant).
And Whereas the executant is Owner of land situated in Khewat No: 218/272 situated in
Muaza Roopa, Tehsil & District Rawalpindi (hereinafter called as property) and at
present two cases are pending the above property/land.
Whereas as the Executant is personally unable to look after and mange the affairs of the
above said property and cases, there fore the Executant hereby appoint and constitute
Mr. Ahmed S/o Qari Abdul Rahim, House No:144 Jinah Colony,Abbottabad (374055-
627058-1) as my LAWFUL GENERAL ATTORNEY and authorize her to do the
following acts, deeds and things for me, on my behalf and in my name as and when
required in my absence to the extent of my share, such as:-
