    Prices are firm & escalation free.
    Prices shown are indicative only & can be revised at any time on the sole discretion of the company.
    Price ruling on the date of booking & accepted by the company shall be applicable.
    Possession linked charges include Electric Meter & Connection Charges, Water Meter & Connection Charges, Sewage and
    STP charges (if applicable), are extra & payable on possession.
    GST or any other taxes, registration & other charges levied by the Govt./Nodal agency shall be borne by the buyer at the
    applicable rate from time to time.
    Booking is subject to detailed terms & conditions as mentioned in the company application form.
