Transport theorem

Leibniz rule

The limits of the integral can be functions, instead of being constant. In this case, the
derivative and integral can not be interchanged. Effectively, we can evaluate such
integrals by chain rule: evaluate integral with limits with one value, and the influence
of the change of limits.

- Rigid body rotation
- Deformation (shear, extensional or general)
How can the information about deformation / motion be quantified?
- What if the velocity is the same for all material points in the material?
Velocity gradient: difference in velocity in neighbouring points, with respect to
distance between these points
