1. To supply the above items as per the samples shown by you duly approved by us.
2. The above prices are inclusive of VAT, Printing and all other taxes.
3. Items should be neatly packed and delivered in good condition.
4. Payment will be made within 5 Days from the date of receipt of invoices certified by the
respective officer along with our P.O.
5. Delivery within 2 days from the date of receipt of P.O.
6. In case, if you are registered under MSMED Act, please confirm the same along-with copy of
registration while sending the invoice.
7. TDS if applicable will be deducted from payment
8. Any disputes arising out of this order shall be referred to an arbitration, which shall be headed
by the EP (M) of the company and a member each from the company and the party. The
decision taken by the arbitration committee shall be final and binding. All disputes should be
brought to the notice of arbitration within 3 months from the date of payment of bills, which
shall otherwise be treated as settled.
