businesses. Our Corporate centers are strategically positioned in Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad to
support the firm’s operations regionally and globally. The centers provide comprehensive strategic support
across technology and business operations processing to all lines of business and the corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely delivery of risk reports to senior management, risk management and regulators.
• Review and monitoring of key risk measures for Wholesale Credit Risk & resolve exceptions across
functions in partnership with stakeholders, technology and other teams
• Aligning Firmwide Risk information with external disclosures creating an integrated view of Finance &
Risk. Build & execute reconciliation controls to facilitate review/approvals of SEC and External
Regulatory Reporting like CCAR, 10k/Q in compliance with evolving guidelines.
• Performing Data quality, Integrity, completeness and accuracy checks across risk stripes (Market Risk,
Credit Risk, Principal Risk, Single Name Position Risk).
• Data stewards for Risk domain, perform data lineage analysis, monitor DQ issues impacting risk
functions, support the data dictionary build out & be SMEs on data elements & source systems
• Identify opportunity areas and build partnerships across the Firm within Risk Management, Regulatory
Reporting, Finance, Middle Office and Technology.

are looking for highly motivated individuals with a passion for producing financial & risk data analysis to
help drive strategic business decisions and ensure the company is capable of navigating all types of market
environments, while maintaining a fortress balance sheet.
Key Qualifications:

• A well-rounded academic background

• Backlogs – No current backlog
• Education Gap – Only up to 1 year
• A well-rounded academic background with an interest in Finance & Risk Management Functions
• Proven analytical thinker with ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
• Ability to quickly learn and assimilate business and technical knowledge
• Data analysis and interpretation skills; analyzing data with respect to corresponding business and
technology processes; comfortable working with large quantities of data
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Should be able to communicate at all levels.
• Strong control and quality management skills; accuracy and attention to detail is vital
• Basic understanding of financial products & relevant knowledge of Risk Management/Regulatory
framework in financial sector would be advantageous
• Overall strong desktop skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Office tools. Technical
/ Programming knowledge,viz VBA would be an advantage.
