    Fraction

    Learning fractions is crucial for


    understanding more complex mathematical
    concepts. The greatest way to introduce
    algebra in elementary and middle school is
    through fractions since they are a student's
    first exposure to abstraction in mathematics.

    Decimal
    Decimals are the numbers, which consist of two
    parts namely, a whole number part and a
    fractional part separated by a decimal point

    Ratio A ratio is an ordered pair of integers a


    and b, expressed as a / b, where b is
    not equal to 0. A percentage is an
    equation in which two ratios are
    made equal to one another.

    Pertcentage

    A percentage is a figure or ratio that may


    be stated as a fraction of 100. If we need to
    determine a percentage of a number,
    divide it by the entire and multiply by 100.

    Proportion is a mathematical
    Proportion comparison of two numbers. If two
    sets of provided numbers increase
    or decrease in the same ratio, the
    ratios are said to be directly
    proportional to each other.
