IT IS HEREBY NOTIFIED for the information of the Advocates
and the parties appearing in-person at the Principal Seat at Bombay that the Court presided over by the Hon’ble Smt. Justice Anuja Prabhudessai has issued the following directions :
(1) All fresh Anticipatory Bail Applications will be automatically
listed before the Court after 48 hours of their filing.
(2) Due matters will be given priority and will be taken up first.
(3) No mentioning will be permitted. However, mentioning of
matters on medical ground will be entertained subject to the medical certificate being produced.
(4) The mattes need not be mentioned for continuation of interim
/ ad-interim relief, already granted, and that the interim / ad- interim relief granted earlier, shall stand continued automatically till the next date, in the case of :
a) Non-availability of the Court for judicial work ;
b) In matters curtailed from the Board ; c) In matters which are not called out, though listed ; d) When the Board is discharged, due to paucity of time; and e) In case, the matters are not shown on the Board on the scheduled dates.
