Ingredients

2 slices diced sanduche bread

1 cup chicken breast fillets

1 About Caldo Criollita Maggi®

2 units Romaine lettuce, well washed

1/2 cup Maggi® mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Maggi® mustard

1/4 cup vinegar

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons capers

1 Anchovy Unit In oil, drained and chopped

Let's cook!

For bread pieces

1. In an oven pan place the bread cubes with some oil, salt and black pepper to taste. Let
them brown in a preheated oven at 180º C for 15 minutes. Once ready, remove and
set aside.

Season the chicken

2. Season the chicken breast strips with MAGGI® Creole Broth and brown on a griddle or pan.
Once ready reserve.

Prepare the sauce

2. To prepare the sauce process in a blender MAGGI® mayonnaise, Maggi® mustard,


vinegar, capers, Parmesan cheese and anchovies. Liquefy for 5 minutes and set aside.
