Romeo and Juliet's main struggle is not between

the two main protagonists, the Montagues and
the Capulets, but rather between their families.
The two lovers must keep their love a secret and
take enormous measures to battle the greater
Conflict
forces that are working against them because
their conflict is the root of all the other issues in
the story. The families are able to reconcile in
the end, but it costs a lot.

The Capulet and Montague families, whose

bitter rivalry inhibits Romeo and Juliet's
independence and eventually thwarts their love,
Antagonist
are the story’s main antagonists. Almost every
character in the play participates in this family
quarrel and supports it in some manner.
 When Romeo find out that Juliet is dead he
took a poison and drink it because of the
grief he experience towards the death of
juliet (even though juliet is not truly dead)
when juliet wake from her sleep because of
the elixir that she drink she find out that
Romeo did get the letter that she sent to
remind Romeo about the plan that she will

fake her death saddened by what she saw
she get the gun and pull the trigger cause to
end her life

The main idea of the film is that decisions should

not be made exclusively on the basis of instinct
Theme because even the smallest action might produce
a domino effect with the worst possible
repercussions.
