Getting to know my team


In the video we observe a human resources manager in his training for his new assistant, we talk about the work environment
and creating committed workers and obtaining the expected results.
Human resource management is an important task in any company, as they are responsible for providing their employees
with good conditions. The workforce is a strategy for achieving high-quality goals, operational performance and promoting
individual development as much as possible.
By publicizing company policies, we ensure good employee behavior, allowing us to evaluate and monitor the performance
of their duties.
Another important role of human resource management will be to ensure the remuneration of the employee and their

In a company like BAVARIA S.A, we implement the integrated planning model since it largely meets the expectations we look for in
our company to choose a suitable staff that fully meets the objectives proposed to be part of our team.
Being a fairly personalized job, all members of BAVARIA S.A must have the capacity and preparation to perform in any sector within
the company.
Among the policies implemented we have:
- Train all staff so that they can carry out the tasks of monitoring each project and commitment assumed by the company.
- Encourage staff with promotions and bonuses for achieving goals and objectives according to the philosophy of the
company.
- Strengthen interpersonal relationships so that all staff feel comfortable and work enthusiastically for the growth of the
company.

PANEYA will create the following types of policies:


1. Determine where to recruit staff (inside or outside the organization), how and under what conditions to recruit them.
2. Establish the criteria by which the necessary personnel will be selected and their quality standards in terms of both physical and
intellectual aptitudes, as well as experience and development capacity, taking into account the total number of positions that exist
within the organization.
