Terms and Condition

a. Type of service : Faulty part replacement as mentioned item 1 only.
b. Working hours : Monday-Friday (9am-5pm).
c. SST : Excluded.
d. Report : Details equipment change log report with test result will be produced.
e. Terms of payment : 30% down payment, balance 30 days after delivery.
f. Validity : 30 Days from today’s date
g. The above quantities of days proposed are assume the BCS system are working in normal condition, any extra
hours or day require will be charged accordingly. Should the work need to be performed in the weekend then
a double unit rate will be applied.
