Both images are examples of physical activities. Physical activities can be


classified as moderate or vigorous.

Before we start formally with our lesson, allow me to differentiate moderate


physical activities from vigorous physical activities. Students listen.

- Requires a moderate amount of effort and noticeably accelerates the heart

these physical activities can be done or performed in a variety of settings like
in or out of the school.
