I am a hardworking and dedicated student who has developed excellent customer service and team
working skills whilst volunteering at the local Pizza Go Go branch. I also now work at a GP Practice as
a member of the admin/receptionist team.I am a keen and quick learner with strengths in numeracy,
business studies and problem solving, working within these environments has given me a chance to
gain skills such as customer service. I am currently looking for a suitable sales assistant position with
a company that would provide me with the opportunity to learn, utilise my key strengths, develop
new skills and help me prepare for my career after education.

Working in a team

● Working within a team of 6 at Pizza Go Go to ensure customer orders are correctly taken
and delivered on time.
● As a football player for the Haringey Borough team I have understood the importance of
team working in order to achieve the required result.

● Working at the front desk of Pizza Go Go I am experienced in listening to customers and

their requirements to ensure their needs are met.
● Provide customer service to parents at Heartlands High School during open evenings; giving
them a tour of the school and answering their questions.

● Working with patients and their queries allowing me to give them a first class professional
