• TOEFL ITP ("ITP" stands for "Institutional Testing Program") tests are

paper-based and computer- based and use academic content to evaluate the
English-language proficiency of non-native English speakers.

• TOEFL ITP tests are administered by the institution and for internal use. It
is a tool for universities and colleges to track language levels.
• The TOEFL ITP ® test takes 1 hour and 55 minutes to complete and includes
3 sections:
• Listening Comprehension: 35 minutes.
• Structure and Written Expression: 25 minutes.
• Reading Comprehension: 55 minutes.

• Although you may find it annoying that TOEFL scores are only valid for two
years, ETS does this to ensure that it's giving current information to schools
so that those schools can accurately decide if you'd be able to excel in their
classes.
HOW MANY TIMES I CAN TAKE TOEFL
TEST?
• According to the TOEFL retest policy, you can take the TOEFL as many
times as you want, but there must be at least 12 days between each of
your test dates.
