Why do some people not participate in sport activities

There are numeous way to make our lifestyle healthy and


balanced.Taking part in sport activities is the best choice for
people who want to lose their weight and relieve the
stress.However,there are a few people seem to be dislike joining
in sport activities nowadays.There are severals reason why
people dislike joining in sport activities.

One of the first major reason is the studying.With the revolution


of education,most teenagers pay attention to studying than
playing sports.They think that taking part in playing sports is
useless and wastes their time.For instance,in Viet Nam,many
schools start a lesson at 7:00 in the morning and end at 5:30 in
the evening.Furthermore,most students have to attend the extra
class until 21:30 and finish their homework until the midnight.They
spend much time for studying than taking part in sports activities
since they want to get a good score in their class.

Not being confident is the second reason for some people don’t
participate in sport activites.They say that when they were
born,they don’t have what it takes to be a good athelete.It is can
be seen in many schools in VietNam.Physical Education is a
compulsory subject that all of the students must attend.Teacher
will introduce some sport activites that they can join and play
together.Some students are less confident because they think
that they can’t play as good as their friends and easily to give up

Taking sport activities is the way for many people who want
improve healthy lifestyles.Nevertheless,some people dislike join in
playing sports much.Here are the reason why people do like
that.For me,we should try to play sport and take part in sport
activites to make our lives better.
