SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, BERNARD EMILE JEANNE married to ELIZABETH TANO JEANNE, of legal ages,

Filipino citizens and with residence at #114 Purok 5 Minantok West, Amadeo, Cavite, by these presents,
do hereby name, constitute and appoint GENALIN ODDY L. ORTIZ, of legal age, married, Filipino
citizen and with residence and postal address at #041 B. Villanueva St., Brgy. Poblacion II, Amadeo,
Cavite, to be my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT for me and my name, place and stead, and for
my own use and benefit, to do and perform the following acts, to wit;

1. To facilitate the transfer of Tax Declaration subject for titling of a parcel of land
situated at Municipality of Amadeo, Province of Cavite, Island of Luzon covered by
TAX DECLARATION NO. _________________________;

2. To pay for expenses/process/follow-up with any and all government agencies such as
Bureau of Internal Revenues (BIR), Register of Deeds (RD), Assessors Office, DAR,
DENR, LMB, LRA, PSA, Landbank and/or any of our authorized banks etc., of
documents related and payments for able to materialize the authority given to her;

3. To make/execute/sign/deliver/process and receive any and all necessary documents

related to the aforementioned authority;

4. To do such other acts related thereof;

5. That I am giving full authority unto my said atty-in-fact;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my Attorney-in-fact full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and or about the premises, as fully to all intents
and purposes as I might could lawfully do if personally presents with proper of substitution and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that my Attorney-in-fact shall do or cause to be done under and by virtue of
these presents.
