Agile Scrum Methodology
Agile Scrum Methodology
projects. It involves breaking down the project into smaller, more manageable
pieces called sprints.
During each sprint, the team works to complete a set of tasks, and at the end of
the sprint, they deliver a working product increment. The team meets regularly for
short meetings called daily stand-ups to discuss progress and plan for the day.
The Scrum framework also includes roles such as the Product Owner, who represents
the stakeholders and prioritizes the work, and the Scrum Master, who facilitates
the process and removes any obstacles the team may encounter.
