    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I, XXX holding Indian passport number XXXX, would like to apply for a multiple-entry tourist visa for
    Malaysia for Tourism. I would be traveling with my wife XXX (passport number: XXXX) and my
    daughter XXX (passport number: XXXX). I am holding XXX Pass and my family is holding XXX Pass
    from Singapore government. I have attached the same along with the application.

    We are planning to travel to Malaysia in month Year during my daughter's school vacation. Hence as
    of now, we do not have any accommodation proof. Also, we will be traveling by car or using public
    transport facilities between Malaysia and Singapore. So, I will not be able to provide the flight tickets
    as well.

    All the expenses will be borne by me on this trip. Kindly consider the application and grant the
    necessary visa.
