- Visit to fatimafert limited.

- Meet with mr yuesrub Iqbal and safety Induction.
- Inspection to site bagging Machine.

Tuesday. january 14th, 2020

- Install cable for scale area by Electrical fatima

Wednesday. January 15th, 2020

- Installed junction box for loadcells at Scale

- Install selenoid valve for scale area and bag clamp
- Install sensor fro discharge door
- Install sensor for catch gate (sensor from customer )

Thursday.January 16th, 2020

- Adjustment on weight hopper and loadcells mechanism.

- Customer provide cable for bag clamp cause cable sent is not enough
- Connect cable in panel area and scale area
- Install sensor for bag clamp (sensor from customer)

Friday. January 17th, 2020

- Connect cable in bag clamp Area

- Power on the machine.
- Upgrade the SpeedAC IQ software Net Weigher V2.3.4 (Before Net Weigher V2.2.2)
- I/O configuration for both controllers.
- Performed Calibration

Saturday. January 18th, 2020

- Test I/O
- Test Running with Product
- Face product not good

- Adjust of mechanical Motor Belt cause the belt slip
- Adjust of Mechanical catch Gate and Stream Depth

Sunday.January 19th, 2020

- Test Running Product But supply with manual

- Conducted training to instrumentation personnel (Mr.Akhtar, Mr.Rashid, Miss Athra).

- Backup SA IQ software and record all parameter.
- Get retrofit signed from customer and give them some file (backup program, electrical drawing and
manual book SpeedAC IQ)
6. SUGGESTION
- Suddenly electric supply shut off often happened here, it will be affected to the SpeedAC IQ controller
program and hardware failure in the future. It must be installed UPS to supply 24VDC to SpeedAC
controller to backup the power when shut off.
- Require to use test weight 5kg x 10 pcs when perform the calibration to get good result static accuracy,
easy work and safety your hand to put it inside the weight hopper.
- Low level sensor is not function (damage) for both scale. Subject to be replaced
- All loadcells and earthing strap getting hard already 16 years old (since 2003 installed). Subject to be
replaced
- All solenoid valve, fitting, tubes are not standard and getting old. Subject to replaced.
- Emergency stop is broken at weigher junction box. Subject to Replaced
