Purchase terms

1. Period of Billing: Quarterly

2. One-time setup f ee: This is equivalent to two month's subscription fee which is only payable with the
first invoice.

3. Billing:

30 days grace in billing from the setup start date.


Not billed during the data collection process.

For Example:
o Payment made on 15th October 2023.
o Data collection process starts and is finally collected, and validated, on 30th October 2023.
o Tenant is created and setup commences on 2nd November 2023.
In this case your billing shall start thirty (30) days after the setup commencement date, which is 1st
December 2023.

4. Payment: The payment shall be fully settled in advance before starting the implementation of the
account of Keka’s Server.

5. License Consumption: One license is consumed for every user that is live during the month. Every user
entered in the system that is not exited is considered to be a live user.

6. Consumption of Additional Licenses: Should the Customer consume additional licenses during the
time period, the Purchaser shall be billed for the same and an invoice shall be sent to Purchaser for the
additional consumption.

7. Pricing Modification: Keka HR reserves the rights to modify the pricing at the time of renewal or every
year whichever comes earlier. Software Provider shall communicate the same to the Purchaser in writing at
least 1 month before the new invoice is released.

8. Cancellation, Ref unds: All payment obligations of the Purchaser to Software Provider are non-
cancellable, and all payments made are non-refundable.

9. Data Manipulation, Retrieval: Apart from the reports provided by the Software as is, any requests for any
data modification, manipulation, and/or retrieval including retrieval of archived data shall incur additional
charges which shall be conveyed by the team at the time of such a request.

10. GST of 18% to be charged (if applicable) along with the invoice at the time of subscription.

11. Validity: The Proposal is valid for a period of 03 days from the created date post which the price is open
to renegotiation.
