Terms and Condition:

1.Price in USD and quantity stated above. It is EX WORKS / CFR / CIF price.Any additional equipment and service needed, the price shall be
increased accordingly.

2.Electrical power quality（permitted range）：

380V 50Hz，3phase，voltage fluctuation permitted range ±7%

220V 50Hz，single phase，voltage fluctuation permitted range ±10%

3.IMPORTANT REMINDING:The buyer is supposed to distribute the cable wires into the distrubution box in the operation room. If the electrical
devices or instruments are damanged due to voltage exceeding the permitted range, the buyer should be responsible for the loss.
The output power of fan will be influenced by the pressure in the bird house, and they are possitive correlation. Please select proper transformer
and cable as per uplimt of fan working load and give some allowance, Big Herdsman is not responsible for equipment damage caused by
unmatched transformer and cable selected by the buyers.

4.The quotation does not include installation and civil works.

1 site engineer shall be dispatched to the job site if necessary. BIG HERDSMAN engineer is responsible for supervision of installation and testing,
as well as training.All the cost will be on buyer's account including transport, food and accommodation.

Installation fee is 120USD/DAY/ENGINEER

5. Payment terms: 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight.

6. Delivery: 40 days after receiving the original LC .

7. If the purchase price for raw materials of steel and/or plastics, respectively, increases after the signing date of the contract(starting point) by
more than 10%, the seller is entitled to demand increase the sales prices.

8. The quoted freight charges are subject to the BH’s actual costs. BH reserves the right to increase the freight charges per shipment if it is able
to present three quotations with prices higher than the freight charges quoted to the customer.
9. Price Validity: 21 days.
