    Re: Base vehicle Movements

    To keep everyone in the loop with the upcoming movement of base vehicles, the following will be
    occurring BEFORE THE ICE ROADS CLOSE

    - The YWG white Ford truck will be moved to YTH temporarily to allow for the YTH Dodge truck
    and blade to be repositioned to YIV.
    - The current vehicle that is now in YIV will return to YTH with their blade and be sent in for repair
    to either the Dodge dealership or Autotech in Thompson.
    - Once repaired the White Ford will return to YWG to remain as a spare.

    - YNE base will be receiving a new replacement vehicle to replace their existing unit. The plan is
    for their new vehicle will be a ½ ton quad cab. I hope to have this purchased by the end of next
    week. The new vehicle will be sent up to base along with a number of empty 45-gallon drums
    for the hangar.

    - YTH Captains please have your base vehicle serviced ASAP before it is sent it to YIV and before
    the winter roads closed.

    - YIV Captain be aware of these movements and prepare your current vehicle to be relocated to
    YTH.

    Ross will coordinate with maintenance to have someone drive these vehicles between the various bases.
