GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1. The examination will contain 35 questions with multiple choice items. Proof of solution is not
necessary, but you will be provided with scratch papers to aid your computations.
2. Report to the examination area on your designated day and venue at least 10 minutes before
the start of the exam. Be punctual. Late examinees or those who arrive 15 minutes after the
start of the preliminaries will not be admitted.
3. Examinees are required to put on a face mask all the time and wear plain white shirt.
4. Examination sequence numbers will be pre-assigned to you which will also be your seating
arrangement.
5. Bring the following on the day of the examination:
a. Examination Permit (if unavailable please upload in Elearn not later than March 25,
2023)
b. Pencil or ballpen
c. Calculator
6. The following are PROHIBITED within the designated examination area:
a. Books, notes, review materials, and other printed materials containing coded
data/information/formula
b. Cellular phones, bluetooth, ear plugs, transmitters, portable computers and other
electronic devices/gadgets which may be used for communication purposes.
c. Bags of any kind (ladies bag, shoulder bags, attache case, backpacks etc.)
d. Other examination aids not stated in this program.
7. Examination papers should be submitted to the instructor. You are not allowed to bring it
outside the examination room.
