FAMILY WILL
I,________________,S/o_____________,
R/o__________________, _______________, New Delhi, am
executing my last ‘Will’ on this ________________at New
Delhi.  I am about___________ years of age and in sound
physical health and disposing mind.  I am writing this
Will with my free consent.

I had previously executed a Will dated_______________,

which was duly registered with the office of Sub-
registrar bearing Registration No.
________________________, in Additional Book No.  III,
Volume No.____________, on page__________.

This present Will should be taken as my last Will and

testament.
I have been married with Smt.________________ for the
last ___________years.  My wife and I were blessed with
one son, namely ________________, and two daughters,
namely Smt.________________, and Smt.___________.

My daughters are happily married and are financial very

comfortable.  My daughters are living in their
matrimonial homes along with their respective husbands
and children.

My son___________ is also married and has children.  My

son is living with me.  He and his wife and children
are taking good care of me and my wife.  I am very
happy with him and am satisfied that he is discharging
his duties as a son properly.

My wife is about _____________years of age and is not

keeping good health.  I have no doubt, in the event of
my death, my son_________________ would take good care
of my wife.
I own a property bearing No. ________________, New
Delhi, from my own funds.  The said property is built
on land measuring _________________square yards; the
land underneath the said plot has been converted from
leasehold to freehold.

I wish to bequeath the property bearing

no__________________, Delhi, in favour of my son
_______________to the exclusion of my other legal heirs
namely my wife and my two daughters.  My wife would
however have a right to live in the property bearing
no._______________________, Delhi, during her to
lifetime.

I am excluding my daughters for the reason that they

have been given in marriage their share of property by
way of marriage expenses and gifts, etc.  Further,
since my son is living with me and taking care of my
welfare, I feel he deserves the property mentioned
above.

I am disinheriting my wife from the ownership of the

property by way of a Will for the reason that it is
also the wish of my wife that the above mentioned
property should be bequeathed in favour of my son. 
Further, I am more than sure that in case I pre-decease
my wife, my son will take good care of my wife and she
will not be subjected to any difficulties.
The Will has been drafted by___________________, at my
instructions. I know__________________(drafter of the
will) through___________________. I have read the
contents of the Will and have understood the same.  The
Will correctly reflects my intent.
