Subject: Invitation to an Online Meet on Fostering Inclusivity in Educational Institutions.

Dear Students and Teachers,

We are pleased to invite you to our upcoming Guest Speaker Session on "Fostering Inclusivity in
Educational Institutions." The event aims to create a safe and welcoming space for students from
diverse backgrounds, including those from different cultures, races, genders, socio-economic
statuses, religions, abilities, and sexual orientations.

Our objective is to promote inclusivity in educational institutions and celebrate the differences that
otherwise would have left us divided. We believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect
and dignity, and our event will provide an opportunity for us to come together and work towards
creating a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all.

We are delighted to have Adv. Karpagam Mayavan as our first speaker. She is the first visually
impaired female advocate, a gold medallist, and an author at The Print, and a disability rights activist
promoting inclusivity. Our second speaker, Mahua Seth, is a coach, an ally, and an LGBTQ+ voice with
over 30 years of experience in building an inclusive environment.
Our goal is to create an environment that works against bullying and promotes social and cultural
inclusion, provide equal opportunities to all , and uplift all.

Please mark your calendars for the online meet on Saturday, 11th March 2023 from 10 AM to 12 PM
