The Manufacturer hereby confirm for our organic vegetable oils & fats
- conform to Regulation (EC) No.834/2007.

- have not been produced from GMO or produced with the help of GMO. Due to Regulation (EC) No.1829/2003 and
Regulation (EC) No. 1830/2003 products are not subject to labelling and traceability of genetically modified food and
feed.

- are in full compliant with the European Cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009 and do not contain any prohibited substances
as defined in Annex II to Regulation (EC) No.1223/2009 and o.2019/831.

- in accordance with Regulation (EC) No.396/2005 and the Orientation value of the Bundesverband Naturkost
Naturwaren (BNN) for pesticides.

- in accordance with Regulation (EC) No.1881/2006 regarding contaminants in foodstuffs.

- in accordance with Regulation (EC) No.2020/1322 - Annex Points 4.2.1 on glycidyl esters and 4.3.1 on 3-MCPD in
foodstuffs.

- exempt from registration acc. to Annex IV and V, paragraph 9 of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006.

- correspond to the World Anti-Doping Codes (WADC) of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and do not contain any
doping substances.

- according to the specific migration limits (SML) of the tolerable daily intake (TDI) of individual phthalates, presented by
EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) on behalf of the European Commission.

- primary and secondary packaging are in accordance with Regulation (EC) No.1935/2004 and
Regulation (EC) No.10/2011.

- not tested on animals, we do not order any animal testing.

- comply with vegan and vegetarian Standards. We do not process any meat, wine, dairy and fish or derivates thereof on
our site.

- produced of vegetable raw material and therefore there is no risk regarding BSE.

- not treated with ionization or irradiation.

- do not contain palm kernel oil or palm based ingredients or derivates (exemption Palm Oil Refined, Organic and
Palmoil Red, Organic).

- are from organic farming and of exclusively natural origin and therefore rated 1 for Natural index, Natural origin index,
Organic index and Organic origin index according to ISO 16128.

- do not contain:
melamin, ethylene oxide, cortisone, hormone, nanoparticles, glycol ether, formaldehydes, nitrosamins, SVHC
(substance of very high concern), VOC substances (volatile organic compounds), CMR substances (cancerogen,
mutagen, reprotoxic), synthetic preservatives, residual solvents or other harmful substances as product ingredients

- compliant with the California Prop 65 ingredient list and do not contain any of the substances listed below.

- that our products fulfill the actual legal requirements for residues of Dioxine at plant products (f.e.oils):
Max: 0.75 pg/g dioxines
Max: 1.25 pg/g dioxines + dioxine-like PCB’s
Max: 40 ng/g = 40 ppb Non-dioxine-like PCB’s
