Develop the core features of an implementation plan for an actual
infrastructure project Middleborough Road Rail Separation Project
Assignment 1: Project organization, governance and stakeholder
management (15%)
– Assignment 2: Project planning and scheduling (15%)
Group assignment submission:
– Turnitin: Academic honesty & plagiarism
– Peer Review
• Attendance and contribution to discussion in tutorials

– The examination will assess the knowledge and the skills that you
