c. A Question of Ethics:

 Although they each have their own opinions, I would probably agree more with my supervisor than
with my senior programmer as an intern. Since I am still a newcomer to the field, getting advice
from more experienced employees and managers is very beneficial. As a supervisor, they make sure
that we receive the proper training, materials, and tools. They could also impart knowledge on
management systems, which would be extremely helpful to me as an intern. Finally, after looking at
the website, I can see that they have established ethical standards and directives for their members,
which is very beneficial for an intern. In addition, they offer conferences, chapters, educational
opportunities, a learning center, public policy, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Additionally, they
honor their members for their contributions, which in my opinion is a sign that the organization is
expertly run by professionals in the field. Following your own personal standards is admirable, but
in a field where everything must be carried out methodically, our beliefs have no place because we
must adhere to the accepted practices to avoid falling behind.

people.

3. Uber and Lyft entered the market by creating an app that would allow supply and demand for

5. The seven types of information systems used in business are enterprise computing systems, transaction
processing systems, business support systems, knowledge management systems, user productivity systems,
digital assistants, and systems integration.

6. Top Managers concentrate on the entire business enterprise and use IT to determine the direction and
course of the business. Middle managers and knowledge workers concentrate on a more detailed, shorter
time horizon to oversee daily operations. Tasks and people are coordinated by supervisors and team
leaders, who also ensure that their environment's resources are available. Operational staff carry out their
duties and make decisions that have been delegated to them by their supervisors.

7. Agile methods make an effort to create a system incrementally by creating a number of prototypes and
continuously adapting them to user needs. They frequently employ a spiral model, which symbolizes a
number of user-feedback-based iterations or revisions. A structured system is more of a top-down
approach, but if you can make each module work well on its own, the system is great. Last but not least,
object-oriented systems work best when all objects can communicate with one another because they are
relationship-based systems.

8. The tools that enable the systems analyst to develop, manage, and maintain large-scale information
systems are: Application lifecycle management (ALM), Product lifecycle management (PLM), Integrated
development environments (IDE), and Computer-aided systems engineering (CASE).

9. The seven main functions of IT department are: Application development, it provides leadership and
overall guidance while Systems support and security provides vital protections and maintenance services.
User support provides user with technical information, training, and productivity support while Database
administration involves data design, management, security backup, and access while Network
administration controls user access and maintain network applications while Web support is a vital technical
support function, and lastly Quality assurance reviews and tests all applications and systems changes to
