Complaint of customer as forwarded by Kimberly Berdos (store manager at the time the problem was detected):

“Upon opening of packs of fryman Eric, he noticed a hairstrands in it, so he gave feedbacks to MOD with the specimen.”

Per Kimberly, 2 pieces of marinated breast, each coming from 2 different packs, were seen with hair strand but only 1 piece was
set aside as specimen sample. The rest was consumed including the other piece with hair strand.

Photo on product packaging was provided by the store. For confirmation, PD and plant code was traced at DavSur2 (c/o Dennis
Jumento) using the DR no. indicated in the complaint report.

Products were delivered on February 10, 2023 from DavSur2 by SMILSI truck van NEW 7112.
 Complaint Disposition: VALID

RECOMMENDATIONS:
For SMFI to continually improve the process and to avoid similar concerns in the future, it is recommended that:
1. Producing plant (IP4 Tagoloan) will submit corrective action report.
