Le Cordon Bleu Gurugram teaches the participants
the basics of making pasta dough, hand cut pastas,
raviolis, breads to enrich their knowledge about
Italy's rich tryst with food.
The sessions are a celebration of heritage and
authenticity in Italian food with an emphasis on
innovation, creativity and regional bounties
available in Italy.
The history and the sociological impact on food will
be discussed during the session. This course is
suitable for all age groups. The professionally trained
chefs love to answer any question that you might
have for them.
