Geosun Sales Terms & Conditions

Effective period: 2022/12/05 – 2023/12/31

1. Minimum Order
The minimum order is one unit

2. Freight Terms
EXW Wuhan, China

3. Lead Time
15 working days upon receipt of order confirmation and payment

4. Payment Terms
100% T/T down payment

5. Shipping
Orders are shipped via couriers such as DHL, Fedex, and TNT at Geosun’s option.
The freight shall be taken care of by the buyer.

6. Sample data
Geosun Provides sample data in various application for listing products and
GCPs for accuracy report request.

7. Demo Unit
Geosun offers Free Demo Unit for customer’s tryout and test under a Demo Unit Agreement, and a refundable deposit may
be required.

10. Inspection and Calibration Report

All Geosun catalogue items comply with the normal product standard in the country and territory they are to sell, distribute,
promote, advertise and serve. Geosun will test every device it to ensure its performance before the shipment and provide
the calibration report with full configurations.

11. Intellectual Property

The Geosun brand including the corporate identity as a registered company, products, and all websites will remain the
property of Geosun. Each customer will be granted non-exclusive royalty free rights to use the logo, trade marks and brand
names upon agreement by Geosun, solely for the purpose of marketing the product. Any exceptional use must be referred
to the manufacturer for
approval.

12. Product Warranty

Geosun warrants the products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months. If a
product does not comply with the warranty and customer notifies Geosun in writing of the defect during the Warranty Period
within 10 business days of the defect coming to its notice, Geosun will, at its option, either provide the repair service and
exchange the product for a new one. Meanwhile, the product warranty is conditioned upon proper use of the Products in the
application for which they are intended, and no warranty shall apply to any product modification, or Product damage caused
by accident, neglect, or any cause other than ordinary use.

13. Technical Support

Geosun provides training courses and lifetime technical support free of charge for products it sells. It includes a beginner
training to help customer master its full operation on hardware and software both, and assistance in solving technical
problems appears along the way of working.
