Discord Cup Final Fan Park: Signed Shirt Prize Draw

The Prize Draw

1. Manchester United Football Club Limited (“MU”) (whose registered office is Old
Trafford, Sir Matt Busby Way, Manchester M16 0RA) is the promoter of the ‘Discord
Cup Final Fan Park: Signed Shirt’ prize draw (the “Prize Draw”).

2. By entering the Prize Draw entrants:

(i) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Conditions”);

(ii) agree to adhere to Discord’s Community Guidelines found at
https://discord.com/guidelines and Discord’s Terms of Service found at
https://discord.com/terms; and
(iii) confirm that all information submitted is true, accurate and complete.

3. MU reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any and all entrants and may, in its sole
discretion, disqualify any entrant that fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements. Entrants
shall at all times act in good faith towards MU and the Prize Draw.

Prize

4. Subject to paragraph 5 through 8 inclusive the prize will consist of one Manchester
United 2022/23 season training shirt signed by members of the Manchester United
men’s first team (the “Prize”).

5. Any details as to the number, style or size of the Prize will be at MU’s absolute
discretion.

6. MU gives no guarantee that the Prize will be signed by any particular Manchester
United player. MU will not enter into any correspondence as to which Manchester
United player(s) sign(s) the Prize.

7. MU reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of a similar nature at any
time.

8. The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

Entry

9. To be eligible to enter the Prize Draw and to be considered for the Prize, entrants must
be a member of the official MU Discord server throughout the Prize Draw (including at
the Closing Date and when Winners are notified under paragraph 17 below).

10. The Prize Draw is open to entrants aged 18 years or over at the date of entry.

11. The Prize Draw is not open to anyone in any territory which is subject to trade
sanctions or other restrictions which would render fulfilment of the Prize in such a
territory unlawful.

12. Entry into the Prize Draw is free and on the basis of one entry per person.

13. In order to enter the Prize Draw and to be considered for the Prize, entrants must
engage with the giveaway bot in the #giveaway channel of MU’s official Discord
server (the “Giveaway Bot”) between 16:30pm GMT 26th February 2023 and the
Closing Date. For the purpose of the Prize Draw, “engaging” with the Giveaway Bot
means that a Discord user must ‘react’ to a post by the Giveaway Bot by selecting the
‘Participate’ button accompanying the post.
 14. Employees of MU or any of its associated companies or subsidiaries (and their families)
are excluded from entering the Prize Draw.

15. The Prize Draw will close at 16:30pm GMT on 27th February 2023 (the "Closing Date")
and any entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
The Prize Draw will take place as soon as reasonably practicable following the Closing
Date.

Winner

16. There will be five (5) winners of the Prize Draw. The winners will be the first 5
different people selected at random from all valid entries received on or before the
Closing Date (each a “Winner” and together the “Winners”). Each Winner will receive
the Prize.

17. Only the Winners will receive notification from MU. The Winners will be notified on
Discord by a post made in the #giveaways channel tagging each Winner’s Discord
handle as soon as practicable after the Closing Date. Once the Winners have been
announced in the #giveaways channel, each Winner must raise a ticket on Discord via
the #-submit-ticket channel and tag @SeniorMod, notifying MU that they have been
selected as a Winner and tagging a member of the MU Discord moderation
(@SeniorMod) team in the ticket. A member of the MU Discord moderation team will
then contact the Winner to make arrangements for the Prize to be received.

18. MU will make reasonable efforts to contact the Winners after the Closing Date to make
arrangements for receipt of the Prize. If a Winner does not claim their Prize within 14
days of MU making contact with that Winner or if that Winner is unable or unwilling to
accept the Prize, or if that Winner does not meet the eligibility requirements,
subsequent draws will take place until a new winner is found who is able, willing and
eligible to accept the Prize.

Publicity

19. Each Winner will be required to give their consent to that Winner’s name and county to
be disclosed to any person requesting that MU confirms the identity of the Winners,
and for promotional purposes. A Winner may raise any concerns regarding this
paragraph with MU.

20. Subject to paragraph 19 above, details of each respective Winner’s surname and
county will be made available to the public upon request from Manchester United
Football Club Limited, Sir Matt Busby Way, Old Trafford, Manchester M16 0RA two
weeks after the Closing Date (subject to data protection legislation).

General

21. MU reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw or these Conditions without
notice when reasonably necessary for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw.

22. The Prize Draw, together with these Conditions, is governed by the laws of England
and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
