As TMP promotes initiative on providing focused process on succession planning program, Toyota Motor Philippiens takes the initiative on
focused process Sucession Plan Program for Dealer Franchise Owners with the vision of sustaining the business. we would like to the
registration process of the Next Generation of the Toyota Dealer Network.
Family business succession is the process of transitioning the management and the ownership of the business to the next generation of
family members.
The Next Generation Institute™ is for owners and leaders of family businesses, their successors, and other family members who may or
may not work in or have ownership interest in the business.
As such, the effective integration and management of the family component will have a determining effect on the success of the succession
process.

Dealer Franchise Owners to TMP with the objective of training them

Second Generation – The sons and/or daughters of Dealer

Successors daughters, and/or relatives registered to TMP as Dealer
