calendar of events and notice respectively, with respect to proposed Postal Ballot Process
was intimated.

The Postal Ballot Notice was dispatched electronically to all the shareholders on 27"
December, 2022 through M/s Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL).

In the forwarding letter, vide which Postal Ballot Notice was sent by CDSL, the date of
ending of e-voting was inadvertently mentioned as 29" January, 2022 instead of 29!
January, 2023. However, all the dates in the notice annexed were correctly mentioned.

Inconvenience caused is highly regrated.
