On march 21, 2023. We decided to bake a cake called “Sevona Choco Moist Cake”.
Everyone is excited to bake cakes and learn something new. So many things I know
now, that I did not know then. There’s being able to bake, and then there’s knowing how
to bake, and Make Me a Baker has shown me that. Our instructor has already
discussed the basic baking of a cake , ingredients and the tools and equipment to give
us an idea and learn to make our cake very special and perfect.

Along with this journey, each of us has an individual assigned task to go through. It is
very interesting and I enjoy learning something and experiencing baking our special
cake. I learned that when you're planning or going to bake something you should
prepare the ingredients first. The exciting part of baking a cake is the decorating and
mixing methods. And it takes forever to bake so make sure to be more patient. It was
also fun when it is your profession in life.

And after that our instructors are going to evaluate our finished product, specifically the
Senova Choco Moist Cake. We are very happy to serve and bake them with love. The
most valuable thing I learnt in the course was baking. Knowing how ingredients work
together has made it so much easier to follow recipes and to develop my own. What
used to be trial and error is now more deliberate making and experimenting in the
kitchen, having lots of fun. This subject is very challenging for me as student especially
when when talk about baking. Everyone says that baking is very crucial but it is fun.
