    Cindy : Oh, sure. What can I help?
    Rahmi : it's been 3 days my ears are blocked, my hearing is not clear, what should I do?
    Cindy : for this problem, you have to go to E.N.T Unit
    Rahmi : What is E.N.T Unit? and why should I go to there?
    Cindy : E.N.T Unit is a place to treat ear, nose and throat problems
    Rahmi : Oh I see, can you help me once again ?

    Rahmi: I don’t know how to go there, because I don’t know the way there, can you help me to
    show the way?
    Cindy : You can go straight to the right, walk down this hall, go straight until you find an dental
    department, then take a turn left, untul you turn left again, you will see the E.N.T Unit
