APPLICATION TO SERVE THE SUMMONS AND NOTICES TO

THE DEFENDANTS BY RPAD / EMAIL.

The plaintiff has filled the present suit against the present
defendant and has sought reliefs as prayed therein. The Honorable
Court has been pleased to issue summons and notices to the
defendants. Since the plaintiffs has grave urgency and any delay
caused in the hearing of the present suit is likely to cause grave
prejudice to the rights of the plaintiff. The plaintiff hereby
requests the Honorable Court to permit the plaintiff to serve the
summons as well as the notices of the present suit as issued by the
Honorable Court upon the defendants by RPAD/ Email.
