TEA - Part 1
In this part of the test you will be asked a series of set, simple questions
relating to your aviation background. There are no right or wrong
answers – you should show you understand the questions by talking
about your role in aviation.

Toplam 6/8 dakika arası sürüyor. Bir takım genel ve meslek ile ilgili
sorular yöneltiliyor. Karşılıklı yüz yüze yapılan bir bölüm. Doğru veya
yanlış cevap diye bir değerlendirme yok soruyu anlamış olduğunuza
bakılıyor sadece. Bir iki cümle ile cevap verilebilir. Uzun uzadıya
konuşmaya gerek yok. Ayrıca sorulan soruların tenselerine dikkat

Part 2: Interactive Comprehension
TEA - Part 2 -A
There are three parts to this section. In each section, you will listen to a
series of recordings presented by international speakers of English.
Recordings will be played once unless you ask for repetition. You cannot
hear recordings a third time.

In the first part (Part 2A) there are 10 recordings in which a pilot or
controller is talking in a non-routine aviation situation. After each
recording, the examiner will ask: “What was the message?”. You need to
tell the examiner what you understand about the situation. All the
information is important.

Part2 üç bölümden oluşuyor. Birinci bölümde 10 adet kısa


konuşma dinletiliyor. Bu konuşmalarda anlatılan konu verilen
mesaj ne ise onu aktarmanız isteniyor. Dinletilen kısımları ikinci
kez dinleme talebinde bulunmak mümkün ama üçüncüye izin
verilmiyor.

Birinci bölümde pilot veya kontrolörün rutin dışı durumlarda


yaptıkları kısa ve basit konuşmalar dinletiliyor. Her bir
bölümden sonra size mesajın ne olduğu sınavı yapan kişi
tarafından soruluyor. Konuşmaya başlamak için 10 saniye süre
veriliyor.

non-routine situations. After each recording, you have 20 seconds to ask
the speaker questions to find out more about the situation. There are no
right answers, but you should show you understand the situation by
asking relevant questions.

Toplam 3 tane kayıt dinletiliyor. Konular daha genel non-routine


durumlarla ilgili. İlgili kayıtları dinledikten sonra 20 saniye içerisinde
konuyla ilgili konuşan kişiye bir soru yöneltilmesi isteniyor.

relevant advice.

Part 3: Describe, Compare and Discuss
You will be given 2 connected pictures to describe and compare. You will
be shown the first picture and asked to describe it with 30 seconds to
speak. You will then be shown a second picture and asked some
questions about it. You will then be asked some questions about both
pictures. Finally, you will take part in a discussion of general aviation
topics related to the pictures.

Bu bölümde birbiriyle bağlantısı olan 2 adet resim veriliyor ve resimlerin


kıyaslanması isteniyor. Önce ilk resim veriliyor ve aday 30 saniye
içerisinde resmi anlatabildiği kadar detaya girip anlatıyor sonrasında
ikinci resim veriliyor ve bu resimle ilgili bir takım sorular yöneltiliyor.
Daha sonra her iki resimle ilgili sorular yöneltiliyor. En son olarak
resimlerle ilgili genel havacılık konuları kapsamında bir konuşma
yapılıyor.

Finally, the weather condition during the accident
might be a problem.

reasons. For example, the pilots of the plane may
have made a mistake during landing or take off.
These might be a problem with the break system.
The runway may be contaminated. Because of
an unknown reason, the pilot may have aborted
take off and could’t come to a stop on the
runway.
