CONFORMITY ON NEW/SUBSEQUENT HOUSING AVAILMENT

Dear Sir/Madam:

This refers to the Pag-IBIG housing loan application of Mr./Mrs.


_______________ under the ______________________, which allows the availment of
new/subsequent housing loan account.

We would like to inform you that he/she is also a principal/co-borrower of our


existing housing loan account with HAN______________________.

In this regard, I/we hereby consent and conform with the following cross-default
provisions of Mr./Mrs. ________________________ new/subsequent housing loan
availment which we understand will affect our existing housing account:

1. The cross-default policy stipulates that, should any of his/her housing account
becomes in default; our housing loan accounts shall also be considered in
default.

2. At point of default, the outstanding loan obligation, which includes the principal,
accrued interest, penalties, fees and other obligations under our existing housing
loan accounts, shall become immediately due and demandable.

3. If we fail to pay the total outstanding loan obligation, we shall not be allowed to
avail of additional housing loan under any of the Pag-IBIG housing programs.

4. In addition, the Pag-IBIG Fund shall cancel the Deed of Conditional


Sale/Contract to Sell (DCS/CTS) or foreclose our mortgage in accordance with
the existing guidelines.

5. Pag-IBIG Fund may avail of other remedies provided by law and existing
agreements.
