SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENT:

I, Art Bernard Andade David, of legal age, Filipino, single, with overseas postal
address at 8125 Al Amir Sultan- Al Rawdah, Almurjanah Building, 2 nd Floor, Office 208,
Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, do hereby NAME,CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT, my father, Mr.
Arthur Candelario David, of legal age, Filipino, married, and with postal address at
058, Burgos Street, Poblacion, Altavas, Aklan, Philippines, to be my true and lawful
Attorney-in-Fact, acting for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform
any and all of the following acts:

1. The full authority to represent me in the PROCESSING of DOCUMENTS

for the APPLICATION of TITLE of LOT NO. 2517A, with an area of
more or less Two Hundred Sixty-One square meters (261 sq. m) located
at Burgos Street, Pob. Altavas, Aklan, to be transferred in my name with
the concerned agencies of the Government of the Philippines;

2. To process, execute, pay the fees required, sign any and all document/s
and papers, as well as claim and/or receive for and in my behalf said
document/s from the concerned agencies in the Philippines, as well as to
do any and all acts in order to accomplish the aforestated acts and
deeds;

3. To accept and collect documents of the property in my name and sign for
the receipt thereof;

4. To sign and execute any and all documents for application of the
aforementioned property;

5. To pay any and all unpaid or accrued property taxes including such
capital gains and documentary stamp taxes, and other relative fees
necessary to effect the registration of the sale and the application of title
of the said property to the Republic of the Philippines;

6. To perform such other acts and exercise such additional authority as may
be convenient, implied or required to put into full effect the foregoing
authorities

7. GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power

and authority to do and perform all and every act and deed whatsoever

 requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully as
to all intents and purposes as I may could lawfully do if personally
present with all the power of substitution or revocation and hereby
RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all that my ATTORNEY-IN-FACT or his
substitute can lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
