 This program can be imparted in online mode by the trainees at their ease or with Blended Learning
mode with assistance of some trainers. In Online mode, trainees, after registering themselves, can go
through online contents in the form of videos and documents at their convenient time and place and
learn the subject matter in detail followed by tests to evaluate their knowledge gained. The course is
designed for the ideal duration of 3 days if training is to be imparted with Blended Learning mode.

This program envisages to bring GDS cadre related rules, regulations and procedures under one roof with
essential soft skills to enable them to learn relevant material anytime, anywhere as per their
convenience so that Amrit Kalash in the form of postal services can be served by these Karmayogis to
every household of the nation. It is expected that Gramin Dak Karmayogi program is a step forward
