1. METHODOLOGY:
1.LIGHT WEIGHT FILLING:
 Over the waterproofing treated area protection plastering with 25mm thick
to be ensured.

 To be ensured leakage test for floor bottom surface and side area.

 Cleaning protection plastering top surface area thoroughly with water.

 Mark the reference level all corner & Center area.

 Light weight filling top Level Button Mark to be fixed all corner & Center
area, slope level also to be verify as per drawing specification.

 Identify as per the drawing thickness of light weigh filling 50mm to 200mm.

 Before starting the work to be get the clearance at client.

 Mix proportion to be followed as light weight filling 1:3 (one cement and
Threes parts of vermiculate (CIDOMLITE)) on Mixture machine with
weight base.
 To be ensured availability of the material and manpower in working area.
 Moist the surfaces before light weight filling to Reduce the water loss due to
absorption.
 Top of the surface should be level on the button mark to control undulations.
 Levelling top surface by tamping with aluminum straight edge.

2.SCREED CONCRETE:
 Cleaning Light weight Filling top surface area thoroughly with water.

 Screed top level button fixing at four corner area, slope level also to be
verify as per drawing specification.

 Check the levels and thickness of the screed concrete.

 Sequence of concreting has been planned and sufficient labour & Materials
to be deployed.

 Before starting the work to be get the clearance at client.

 Moist the surfaces before concreting to Reduce the water loss due to
absorption.
 Mix proportion to be followed as sunken filling screed concrete area 1:2:4
(one cement and two parts of M.sand and four parts of coarge aggregate)
with LW+ Integral liquid waterproofing compound at 200ml/bag on Mixture
machine or using Forma box for manual mixing with MS sheet.
 Levelling top surface by tamping with aluminum straight edge.
 Brooming after drying of screed concrete top surface area.
 Curing should be ensure 7days for OPC cement.
