Subject- Demand Legal Notice against Loan ID KB221006JZTNH

Dear Sir / Madam,

You have availed a Loan facility vide Loan ID KB221006JZTNH from PayU Finance India Private Limited and Krazybee Services Private Limited
(Collectively called as Co-Lenders). As of the date of this letter, you have failed to repay the installments that were due and payable which has led
to an amount of Rs. 1288 reflecting as outstanding against the said Loan facility. Please note that by not adhering to the re-payment schedule, you
have (i) breached the terms of the standard terms and conditions signed by you before availing the Loan facility, and (ii) committed an offence of
cheating and criminal breach of trust punishable under Section 420 and other applicable sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Through this
notice, we would also like to bring to your notice that if you continue to refrain from making the payment of the excess amount and do not comply
with this notice, we, the Co-Lenders:

1) will have the liberty to share your default details with Credit Information Companies (CICs) viz: Transunion CIBIL Limited;
Experian Credit Information Company of India Private Limited; Equifax Credit Information Services Private Limited and CRIF High
Mark Credit Information Services Private Limited. Do note that all the Banks and Non- Banking Financial Companies provide credit
facilities after verification of the credit history of the customer from CICs, a default history against your name could jeopardize your
future credit raising/ borrowing.

2) may, as per standard terms and conditions recall the entire loan advanced in view of the default(s) committed by you in repaying
the EMIs as per repayment schedule.

Therefore please treat this as a final reminder to repay the outstanding of Rs. 1288 being the Demand amount together with applicable charges,
tax and interest and other dues till actual realization within 7 (Seven) days of virtual receipt of this notice, please be informed that in the event of
your failure to do as above, it shall be presumed that a dispute has been arisen between you and the Co-Lenders. It is further informed to you that
Co-Lenders shall be constrained to initiate appropriate Civil / Criminal proceedings including (i) approaching the judicial authorities for seeking
their assistance legally for recovering the overdue amount; or (ii) initiate arbitration proceedings under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
(including rules and amendments made thereof till date) against you to settle the dispute and for the recovery of its entire dues along with interest
and other charges for which you shall be entirely responsible as to the cost and the consequences thereof.

Kindly also note that this Legal Notice is issued without prejudice to any of our terms and conditions as per the Loan Application Form.
