Subject: Progress Report for the Medical Mission in Purok 8, Tabalong, Dauis, Bohol

Dear Mr. Sumaylo,

I am writing this to provide you with the progress of the medical mission here in our
community. As of February 13,2023, the first start of the medical mission operation. I
am pleased to let you know that the mission has had a significant impact on the
barangay.
The medical team has been working tirelessly to provide healthcare services to the
community members. Here is a summary of the program so far:
 Set up the medical lamp in the barangay hall on Feb. 13, 2023.
 Conducted health screenings among the people.
 Provides treatment and medication for various illnesses.
 Established referral networks with local health facilities for patients with more
severe illnesses.
As what I have experienced when they do the check-ups, I have noticed that there are
challenges that the team faces, such as the shortage of certain medications and
supplies. However, they have been able to improvise and work around these
challenges to continue providing healthcare services to the community.
Moving forward, they plan to:
 Continue providing healthcare services for the remaining days of the mission.
 Provide follow- up care for patients with chronic illness.
 Conduct a survey to gather feedback from community members about the
mission and identify areas for future missions.
Overall, we are pleased with the progress they have made in our community, Tabalong.
The team worked well together and has been able to make a positive impact on the
health and well-being of the community members. If you have any questions/concerns,
