Candle cnaged at the time of commencing of AMC

AMC amount 7550

Taste of the water changed in end Jan-2021. Complaint lodged , Service Engineer visited on
02.02.2021 and done clearing service and informed that the TDS level is 110 and hence no need to
change the candle this time. He also advised that the same shall be changed during the next
service.

Again in April 2021, there is a call from Eureka to complete the regular service. Again the Service
Engineer visited cleaned the filters. When we asked for a change in candle, he informed us that he
has not brought the TDS checking device and hence again we were informed that during next visit
the same will be attended.

Due to vigorious covid outspread iand lock down n second wave, we have not initated any complaint
during this period

On 16.08.2021, lodged a complaint that the taste of the water is not good. Service Engineer visit
and tested the TDS level and found it is 1200 level and candle is required to be changed
immediately. We told that a sper the existing AMC, one candle is due to change since Feb 2021.
The Service Engineer called his Office and informed us that the Candle for the second year has been
changed to our Equipment in Sept 2020 iteself. Houwever we informed that only clearing service
has been conduced but candle was not changed. He further informed that there is no issues, we can
change the candle based on the existing AMD, however,since this model is outdated, as per the
government norms, he told that only copper candle has to be changed for which the charges
applicable is RS.6500/- since there is due for one change in cartride in the existing AMC, the cost of
the same of RS.3500 shall be adjusted and balance is required to be paid. We agitated that the
equipment purchased 3 years back and currently covered under AMC it is the responsibility of the
Compnay to replace the required spares . After this incedent we called the Customer care and
equired about the Government norms, which they replied there is no such requirement. Again
almost every day we lodged complaint still the issue is not respolved

16.08.21 2022178149 lodged Mr.Sathish Service manager called on 18.08.21 and enquired on the
issue since it is escalated to his level. He infomed that the coustomer is right however
