car we do this? One way is to meditate daily and take some form
of exercise, like doing yoga, playing games, etc. Helping others also
makes one happy.

must remain cheerful and positive, and try to be in the company of
such people. If we feel the need, we can take inspiration from great
people who have lived successful lives. We can do this by reacing
their biographies or by watching films which portray their lives. For
example, it is heartening to read how people like Sudha Chandran,
Einstein, Beethoven, etc. overcame their disabilities to reach their

personal level, each of us can help to conserve water by
using it judiciously. Instead of taking long showers, we can use a
bucket for bathing. Taps should be turned off while. brushing teeth
washing essels, clothes, etc. and water should not be allowed to
flow unnecessarily down the drain. Water can be recycled and used
in the toilets and for watering plants.
Finally, I will end my speech by repeating that one of the best
and easiest methods to increase water resources is by planting more
